After an autumn and winter beset with drizzle, storms and gloom, we're on the up! Further planting has taken place at The Children's Forest site in conjunction with a class from Ashdown Nursery in the village. We also managed to finally install the Children's Forest mural sign, which was beautifully painted by Class 12 Alumni from 2024 on a waney edge oak plank from one of the fallen trees on our estate. Four more fruit trees will be planted during this planting season with help from some of our Lower School classes and the wonderful Anna Richardson & Co, from The Children's Forest Initiative, not forgetting Tom Morris who is spearheading this within our school.
