Class 7A spent the start of term studying Islam and the medieval period in Arabia, known as the Golden Age, due to the many scientific, mathematical, literary and artistic advancements developed in that period. 

In small groups, the class spent three days researching six different areas of progress in the Islamic era, which they created posters for and presented to their peers.
