Parental Request/Consent Form

What happens?

Children from Classes 1-5 will be outside (weather permitting) or inside, playing with supervision.

Children from Classes 6-8 will be supervised in the library and can work on their homework.

Who is it for?

This club is for children that are using the School Bus, those that have older siblings in the Upper School/lift shares they are waiting for and children whose parents/carers are staff. There is space to accommodate others in ad-hoc situations such as parent-teacher meetings but this needs to be booked.

What time and where?

Homework Club runs between 15:15 and 16:05 daily. Children that are booked in must come to the Library at 15:15 to be registered.

Cancelling the booking.

If your child is booked into Homework Club and they cannot attend you MUST contact Reception to let them know on 01342 822275.
