MHP Speaker Series — Rites of Passage

Kim McCabe and Chris Packe

For our final session of the school year, we were very pleased to welcome Kim McCabe and Chris Packe to share their experience in working with preteen and teen girls and boys, guiding them through times of transition, in addition to also being parents themselves.

Kim McCabe, founder of Rites for Girls, author of ‘From Daughter to Woman’ and mother of three works with preteen and teen girls, supporting them through times of transition and change.

Chris Packe, father of two, bushcraft instructor and expedition guide, creates and runs programmes, projects and events for teenage boys, men, fathers and executives – always outdoors. Also part of a startup enterprise promoting alternative education.

Here are three separate recordings from the evening; Chris’ introduction, Kim’s introduction and their answer to the first question regarding how Rites of Passages could be re-kindled.
